Yolk Batter Ingredients:-
3 Egg yolks (蛋黄 / 卵黄)
45g Milk (牛奶 / 牛乳)
30g Vegetable Oil (油)
50g Cake Flour (蛋糕粉 / 薄力粉)
7g Green Tea Powder (绿茶粉 / 緑茶パウダー)
2g Salt (塩)
Meringue Ingredients-
3 Egg whites (蛋白 / 卵白)
50g Castor Sugar (糖 / グラニュー糖)
1/4tsp cream of tartar (歯石のクリーム)
Mold size 15cm (15cm 模具 / ケーキ型)
Grease the sides and line the bottom of the Mold (在模具侧涂上奶油 / 側面にグリースを塗り、型の底を裏打ちします).
Bake in water bath at 160℃ for 50-55 minutes (在160℃的水浴中烘烤50-55分钟 / 水浴で焼く 160℃ - 50-55分焼く)
