Super tasty Mongolian Beef with Broccoli & Rice

Looks like a pretty simple recipe. Got a piece of steak in the fridge that I wasn't sure what to do with. Might try a baking soda marinade before the dredge and fry, and stir fry it up with some baby broccoli I've got left over. Should make enough for me and a work friend, Thanks for the inspiration!
