Lol he still hits hard and is strong like an ox. He threw my coach around like a rag doll when he trained with them and my coach is not a small dude (6 feet tall and is a fit 215lbs) but the way Trainer Gae lifted him it was effortless.

Not that easy, man, to hold the pads like this. Kru/Master Gae was once a professional MT boxer himself and has been a well-known trainer for 20+ years. Anyway, practice makes perfect.
