I have the superbox s6 max. I used it twice flawlessly. It recently just started randomly going black when I was watching a show. It didn't matter what channel. It goes black for about one second and then comes back. I checked all the cables. Today it asked me to update and I did. It still does it. Do I have to do reload all new apps if it updates?

I've had this issue as well, and it seems to be happening when I set it to 4K 60Hz display output. I'm not 100% sure of this, but it seems to happen less if I lower to 4K 30Hz, and then possibly goes away when I lower further to 1080p. But I have a 4K TV and want to use the full resolution, so I'm not sure if there's a fix. Any suggestions?

One other note: a troubleshooting page says that it works better with WiFI than with ethernet. I am using ethernet, so I'm going to try wifi later to see if it makes a difference

Great review , but you couldn't give me a superbox for free , freezing up often, and how they screwed customers with that elite box they stop supporting the elite apps that I and others paid 400 for, The Vee see elite box is far superior , Started off with 16 elite apps now I have 22 elite apps ,no freezing during play back like the super shi$ box, what's so ever they take care of there customers .
