Oh my gosh, that hidden arrow hiding all the output channels.. I was going CRAZY trying to figure out how to create separate busses for my instruments, I never would have guessed to try that arrow icon! THANK YOU!

GREAT VIDEO! THANK YOU! I have a question though ... If while in multi mode I've selected and instrument, and decide I want to CLEAR that channel (not substitute it with another instrument) ... how do a clear that selection so that it goes back to default? Thanks again, and cheers for the new year! :)

Omnisphere doesn't show up as an option at 1:52, at least in the free version of Studio One v4.1:(

And if you select from the console?...
@MarkShawMedia7 жыл бұрын
I set it all up like you have shown. And on the mixer track on the bottom it shows all of the tracks in Omni playing separately, each on their own track. But when I select a track to the left and play, ALL of the tracks play together, not just one. I can adjust the volume and turn them off on the bottom mixer though. I'm confused as to why this is happening.

Hi sorry to hear that you haven't been able to get it to work properly yet. It's very difficult for me to determine from a distance what the problem might be. What does come to mind is this: Just to be sure, could you please check if your midi tracks are set to different midi channels, and also if the outputs of the different parts in Omnisphere are set to different output channels.

I have this problem as well. But I solved it by turning off the Stack under Multi. This will work.

Would I need to get the third party plug in or sampler from studio one to use this in studio one? I have the artist version which has neither please help
@marcovermars58015 жыл бұрын
Yes. Unless you have Studio One Pro version, you cannot use third party tools without the supplemental software.

A good instruction video! But things becomes too complicated in Presonus...it doesn't even find the Omnisphere 1 vst...Why?
@SupercyMusic8 жыл бұрын
Thank you Nicolau! I'm not completely sure why you can't get Omnisphere to work properly. I would recommend to first check if the installation of Omnisphere has been done correctly. Then I would advice you to check if in Studio One you have selected the (right) location of Omnisphere stored on your disk (Studio One/options/locations/VST Plug-Ins). I hope this will help! Otherwise I would recommend contacting Spectrasonics and/or Presonus about this.

neat, can you show me how the same thing works with Nexus? I can add the tracks and choose Nexus but the tracks are all playing the same preset from Nexus even tho I changed the channels to ch1, ch2...
@SupercyMusic6 жыл бұрын
Hello Stevie. Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with Nexus so it's really difficult for me to say exactly how to solve it. But it does sound like an issue with assigning certain presets within Nexus to certain midi channels.

please show me how to install nexus and other plugins in studio one and I do have the pro version
@SupercyMusic7 жыл бұрын
Hey Christopher, thanks for your comment! Unfortunately I don’t have any experience with installing Nexus in Studio One. But what I do know is that most (prominent) plugins come with some kind of setup program that you can use to very easily install the plugin with, by simply following the step-by-step instructions. One thing to note is that you should always make sure to “tell” Studio One which location your plugins are stored so it can look for them there, otherwise they simply won’t show up in Studio One. As soon as I can I will make a video about installing plugins (in general) and “instructing” Studio One to search the right locations.

are you know about how to make a karaoke track of a song?
@SupercyMusic6 жыл бұрын
Hello Sukesh, One way of creating a karaoke track of a song is to use some software to remove the vocals of a song with. I have to say, though, that that is not gonna give you a perfect result; you're always gonna hear some residual of the vocals and also the music is gonna sound at least a bit distorted. I think the best way of creating a karaoke track is just to recreate (re-record) the song (without the vocals obviously).
