I run these in my vapor skates and they are wonderful. Way more comfortable and doesn’t come out when I take my skate off. Would recommend to anyone.

I'm currently skating in a pair of Vapors and am having a lot of arch pain to the point where I have to stop skating. I've also had supreme and nexus skates but I've also faced the same issue. Would superfeet help with a low arch?

I have a really high arch on my feet and I get bad pains in my arches on long shifts because of it. what insoles would be ideal? I just want to eliminate and pain throughout my entire foot but not completely lose feel for the skate/boot

Hi Chase, I am currently using an intermediate stick that is 67 flex. I am 14 years old, 5'7, and 140 lb. I have a pretty strong slapshot, and I am always afraid that I will break the stick because the flex isn't high enough. Can you give me some recommendations?

140 divided by two is 70, so would you say 67 is enough for me? I don't plan on cutting down my stick yet.

Hey Elijah! The SuperFeet Carbon Insoles are a great choice and I would even recommend CCM's Custom Orthomove Skate Insoles. Unlike other insoles, CCM's have the ability to dial in the arch support which would be a huge benefit in your condition. Brandon at IW Hockey

Very minimal but it will reduce skates volume inside. Anyhow, it is superior product!

Hey chase, I am looking to buy a new pair of skates after using my Bauer vapor x600's that I have been pretty happy with, my price range is around $550. I have been looking at two pair of skates but not really sure which ones to choose between, they are the Bauer vapor X800 and the Bauer supreme MX3's if you can help me that would be much appreciated, thank you

. If you want quick acceleration and quick strides then go with the Vapor X800s. But if you want powerful strides on each stride then go with the MX3. It also depends what fit you want, Supreme skates are designed for a more natural fit in the ankle and heel. While Vapor skates are a tapered fit and narrow in the toe box. I personally would get MX3s but it's depends on your preference.

While these are designed specifically for hockey, I'm sure you could use these for inline skating. You may or may not need to trim the insole to fit the boot. Brandon IW Hockey

I would honestly recommend getting the CCM Custom Orthomove Skate Insoles. The Superfeet are more of a performance insole where as it sounds like you need arch support. The CCM's have medium and high arch inserts to help with proper fit and comfort. Brandon at IW Hockey
