Superhuman 10 minutes breath-hold with how-to explanation | Static Apnea AIDA Freediving Competition

This video shows my legendary instructor Florian Dagoury performs a 10 minutes and 30 seconds breath-hold during an AIDA static apnea competition in Bangkok, Thailand, held on March 28, 2021.
While Flo makes a 10 minutes breath-hold looks as easy as a "walk in park", to reach this superhuman ability required years of intense training, extensive research, and endless experimenting.

I have a hard time believing that running your SPO2 to such a low level isn't killing off brain cells over time.
