I think you have to pull a vacuum before filling your AC. Great build!

That v10 is an awesome option. What gauge is the tube/RHS? Looks like 3mm.

The wiring would be my nightmare. That looks like a different location for the fuel cell and much larger. The ones I am following are located out board on each side. Great looking build keep the videos coming. I thought SLC supplied a roll cage? Yours is the first one with valves on the exhaust what is the reason for these? They look and cool. How many hours a week can you work on your build? Thanks

Hi Dave, the wiring has been a big challenge, but HPAcademy has helped to clarify the process. But, it is a large time investment. My fuel cell is Kevlar bladder which is an option from RCR, most people have a smaller aluminum tank, the downside is the bladder needs to be replaced every 5-7 years, but it is much safer to have in case of an accident. SLC comes with a roll cage, but since I modified my chassis to fit the V10 it doesnt fit. Also, the front hoop doesnt match the A pillars on the factory cage. Exhaust Valves allow me to run quiet or straight pipe sound levels, I can also trigger it with a sport button to keep the car tame for around town drives. I try to put in about 8hrs/week on the car 1+ hr on weekdays and 3 hrs each weekend. My build is far from standard and so my build time is higher vs. a standard LS build.

Zakari3030 here on youtube can knock it out in 2-3 months. If you follow the normal build plan it can go really quick. Having experience and a well-stocked shop makes it go by faster. I started this project as a learning exercise and so that takes time for me to do the research, find the right parts and tools and then actually complete the step. Also, lead time on some parts can be up to 6 months due to supply chain issues.
