Remember doomsday is a messed up experiment (at least in the comics if i recall) but at its core he is kryptonian. So at his base he has Superman’s strength from the yellow sun but then you add the other crap due to the experimenting, like energy absorption, constant regeneration, etc. Doomsday becomes a problem for everyone, he is like crazed Superman on steroids
