Ok, I have to say that I downright LOVE Mr. Terrific's costume. He looks fantastic! Superman's suit looks a lot better here than it does in the actual promo art. As far as messy haired Clark Kent, I don't mind it. It gives him a distinguished look. Remember, Cavill also had that hairstyle in Man of Steel, and he ended up cutting it for Batman v Superman, so I don't know why people are freaking out so much. As far as the Lanterns show goes, I'm extremely excited to see where it goes. Watching the laid back but still serious Hal Jordan interact with the stern John Stewart is going to be amazing! Super exciting ideas brewing over at DC!

These set photos show us that James Gunn is going for an incredibly comic book accurate take on the DCU. The Superman suit is absolutely perfect imo and he and Mr Terrific look like they jumped straight out of the comics. The Daily Planet cast look fantastic and all fit their roles perfectly.

S&L had a 4 season run and was told to finish on their 4th so DC can focus on one cinematic Superman. S&L has had an incredible run! And Titans was atrocious and should have been cancelled years ago

I find it so funny the contrast between the realistic spec ops soldiers and a farm boy in red trunks right next to each other. It’s a fever dream that we’re getting this kind of comic book portrayal in the modern day. Seeing so many bright colored superhero’s ripped straight out of the comics in our streets just looks so odd yet so awesome.

I swear the first reveal of the suit we got in April really didn't do this suit justice because OMG THIS IS PEAK SUPERMAN🤩🔥 I truly love how much the colours really pop on the suit and David Corenswet looks perfect as Superman and as Clark Kent (really dig the curly messy hair). Mr Terrific also looks absolutely terrific 👍 (pun intended) Rachel Brosnahan as Lois also looks amazing as Lois as she is absolutely slaying in the iconic purple 💜 Love seeing the whole Daily Planet staff together as the whole cast looks great.📸

I highly agree. Mr Terrific, metamorpho, Guy Gardner and Hawkgirl are unnecessary. Maxwell Lord and the engineer are unnecessary. There are many characters uncessary characters in this movie and making things complicated. If Ultraman and Solaris are both in this film it is worse. James Gunn does not know how to start a universe. The first Iron Man movie worked because it was a great Iron Man movie- not soley an Avengers set up movie. Yes there was small set ups but it was an Iron Man movie first.

David Corenswet's Suit is probably may new favorite Superman suit as it combines my 3 personal favorites. The Kingdom Come logo is my favorite logo as it feels more Kryptonian to me then the S. However, I totally see him getting the iconic og S at the end of the movie. The New 52 Suit is my favorite comic suit next to rebirth. Because of this I love the Collar (just wish it had the red outline) and I've never minded the line work. Lastly, if you do trunks you need a yellow belt, but if you don't do trunks you need a red belt. A yellow belt on it's own feels like it's missing something to me personally. This suit is easily my favorite version of trunks Superman.

Its like a modernized version of the reeves suit. i like the suit doesn't rely a lot on muscle definition as its more so David just filling the suit naturally as im reminded physically he's our biggest superman to date, and it shows. I don't know if these people who don't like David's suit have seen any Superman media outside of the Snyderverse; they don't know trunks have always been an integral part of his design. These characters are 100 years old; you can't have them looking the same all the time. Also, the trunks for me embrace the silly and absurd side of comics. I mean, people take all this stuff seriously; they want to get rid of the goofy charm when in reality the trunks are just as absurd as a guy without wings flying and shooting lasers from his eyes and Batman and Superman? 4:05 Nah I think there are some things to improve upon tbh. The first and most important is the fitment. It honmestly does look a little too baggy and thick for a Superman suit. Theres no visible abs or muscle toning that is iconic to the character. Also I feel like the trunks maybe come up a little too high. They could be shorted by maybe an inch or a half. Lastly the logo could probably be a tad larger and be positioned a bit further up the chest. Other than that it looks fine. Probably will look a lot better in action and with full editing.

hate the red trunk.. looks like a red diaper... i get that it was in the comics like that, but the comics is from 1938.. Batman also had a dark trunk in the past, but in liver action, it was converted into the suit , and also vanished all together. and looks better then ever... so by that logic i say the red Trunk has to go. i mean if you do a CW like peachy teen show or even kids show, or cartoon for kids, i dont mind it, but if you do a movie, i want a serious tone movie like Man of Steel, not some campy "fun" movie, i am grow up man, if you want campy make ma elastic man movie, that is his tone. thats why i prefer the DC animated stuff, like Superman and Shazam against Black Adam, Planet War, ect.. gritty for grown ups..

Superman’s trunks have already been brought back in the comics. So the 1938 statement doesn’t hold up. Plus if you want to watch a gritty Superman film then just watch Man of Steel, as you mentioned it yourself. Besides, just because he has trunks does not mean it’s going to be a “campy” movie.
