Superman has radiation suits to protect himself from Kyryptonite and he has the phantom zone projector that could obliterate Batman in milliseconds. And let’s give Batman even more of an advantage here, Superman can’t use gadgets. He can absorb the yellow sun’s power to temporarily be invulnerable to kryptonite. And even in most cases when Batman has prep time and can “beat” Superman he has help from the Green Arrow, Ras Al Ghoul, Lex Luthor, Doctor Manhattan, etc. And those contingency plans that Batman has to beat the justice league won’t work because the justice league knows about these plans and have likely thought of counter measures. And even when Batman uses his contingency plans he needed help from Ras Al Ghoul to make them work. So now in that case it’s Batman AND Ras Al Ghoul. And that little Kryptonite ring that Batman has wouldn’t do much to Superman because Superman has been shown to be able to still fight while having Kryptonite be in play. And when he uses the Kryptonite ring he breaks all of the bones in his hand after about 4 punches. And before you say that Batman takes iq then you clearly don’t know enough about Superman. Superman has an ability called Super thought that allows him to read entire libraries in seconds. So therefore Superman takes iq because he can react to whatever Batman has planed due to Superman thought. There is just no way that Batman beats Superman.
