Cas silently looking out the window after Dean calls him a baby in a trenchcoat was actually Misha forgetting his line and they just kept it in 😂

The best part of this episode: The season's antagonist finally being revealed, which is a great. The entire season Castiel is fighting this war Raphael, and its been billed as a subplot, but in reality, its this season's actual plot. Its just brilliant how cloak and dagger season 6 is and The Man Who Would Be King is just an amazing episode in this series (not season, series, as in the whole thing).

Finding out that, while he wanted to help the boys, Cas was one of the 3 main antagonists for the season, was a definite shocker.

Yes, this was a big turning point episode. A lot of people were very unhappy about Eve being killed off. The next 3 episodes will reveal Castiel's grand plan and his connection to Crowley.
@ancatdal2 жыл бұрын
Is working with Crowley to avert the Apocalypse bad? Because they sure all did it last season. Obviously Crowley is self-serving, but their common goal remains the same. And as far as we have seen, Crowley seems the least worst option for someone in power in Hell.

I honestly feel like “Mother” was a let down. Eve could’ve had such a bigger, iconic role but they basically left her story run dry and stale. She could’ve been one of the biggest bads of the series but they let her down imo
@ninjanibba42592 жыл бұрын
I feel they shouldn't have had her there in the first place, they just had her as a red herring so Cas can have his....you know... That's the villain of this season, I realize that now, so I can forgive the Mother plot
@virginiaclarke52952 жыл бұрын
I think they had. Too many storylines going this season. Soulless/Wall Sam, the Campbell's hunting alphas for Crowley, Cas fighting a war in heaven, and tiny bits of info in each episode for one storyline or another, can be tricky to follow if you aren't focused on the characters.
@ninjanibba42592 жыл бұрын
@@virginiaclarke5295 Rewatches have helped this so much, you're right, it's hard to get on first watch, but I think they just got really lucky cuz of the fact they had to come up with something different after the big season 5, I really dont think they found their footing again fully until season 8

This is the point that they start weaving the many storylines together to set us up for season 7, which has more great character development even if the main storyline is very patchy, and then there is a hard reset for season 8 which is one of my favs. Hope you enjoy!

CROWLEY!!!!! We love you! We missed you! Dean's solution to kill 'The Mother' was brilliant. one of his most brilliant moves of the series. Yes, Cas has been vague, but the boys keep ASKING HIM to explain, to tell them what's going on, but he won't. So yes, I believe he's been impatient most of the season. Cas has been VERY sneaky. Look at what Fate and Rachel have been said. Cas is not a resonable and well thought out person, he's an ANGEL. Looking back, or rewatcdhing the entire season, you see who the actual 'Big Bad' is. It's not 'The Mother', it's not 'Soulless Sam', it's not Samuel Campbell. The clues started in Ep 3.

I cannot express how happy I am that I finished this season before you left so many leading comments on my videos. I truly appreciate your support but please keep in mind that you have the luxury of having seen this whole season....possibly multiple times. So many of your comments recently are giving away the ending. If I didn't record things so early for this season, the reaction to the finale would've been spoiled. I know you truly believe I should've been more suspicious than I was of Cas and regardless if you're right in that, what you keep posting is clearly going to give me a heads up of what happens to the character. I'm sure it's possible you just want to get your point across but if I can suggest....please maybe think twice before leaving such comments on other reactors videos.

@@sesskasays I apologize, but I don’t see it. Hindsight is 20/20 they say. I never outright said WHO the big bad was, but maybe I shouldn’t have narrowed it down. That’s the only leading I can see I did. Again, sorry if you felt it was spoilerish.
@kimberlywilmoth9184 Жыл бұрын
Yep, what she said ☝ But, I also have some things to say about Cas being the "big bad" of this season. He really wasn't - at least, not until the finale. Frankly, Cas thought he was doing the right thing...and I've always thought that Sam, Dean and Bobby were way too hard on him. I mean, haven't they worked with demons? That's rhetorical obviously, because we all know the answer is yes. So, I feel if they had shown Cas a little more trust, they wouldn't have been on his bad side after he went all psycho...and that's another thing, he didn't know he was going to react that way after taking all the souls in. He did it to beat Raphael and win the Civil War. So, he had good intentions.
