Being a kettlebell sport athlete and coach, I have a lot of Russian friends, and I have hung out with Klokov, not a conversationalist but still very funny and nice guy, but I am dying laughing about the pancake story and how much he eats and how much carbs he eats, it's so true. Good interview! Thanks for the info Charles and thanks for having him in Mark! Bottom line I need to focus more, pay attention to my clients more, read and research more, and rest more!

this is interesting because for some reason I had a very negative opinion of Charles Poliquin based on just passing comments and things I'd read but never really gave him a chance. Totally changed my opinion. Very interesting and knowledgeable person. One of the main things I love about the powercast is the variety of guests you have on and how you get me to open my mind. Thank you!

I really like Poliquin and respect him totally. I think that there should be room for constructive criticism.... Karma is not sending out good vibes expecting to receive a positive response. Karma starts and ends from the perspective of not expecting anything. Maybe I'm lost in the syntax but I think this is important to understand. Everything else in this video is great information.

Guys, Charles mentioned the inter-relationship between CoQ10 and Vitamin A. I have looked under every rock for this and I can’t find any literature on it other than one small study regarding voice restoration. Any clue what he was referring to?

What is the spelling of the supplement Charles talks about near the end that is a (cocktail of) nootropic(s) with caffeine? Sounds like "Key." Is it this: www.strengthsensei.com/how-to-have-more-energy-and-focus-in-training-atp-ki/ ??
