YYEEESSSSS!!! Ava !!! I definitely agree with the supplement efforts! I don't love taking supplements but i do love thinking clearly, looking better, feeling better and having better mental health. I take the minimum amount of supplement tablets/pills as possible because i cannot stand the mental idea of too many of them. I also switch out with a multivitamin shake form on occasion if i start to dislike the routine too much and the goal is to eventually transition from supplement pills to a full nutritional change focused on food. I would definitely advise finding an omega 3 supplement that includes omega 6 specifically, as well as finding magnesium and vitamin d3 combined supplements if you want the actual pill could lowered as i take one (less frequently now than i used to) that is mag + calcium + vitamin d3 for better absorbtion. I used to take it daily, along with a vitamin b inclusive multivitamin, and probiotics as well as fish oil tablets.....then switch out for sustagen shakes and keep the fish oil tablets when i wanted to switch out. then a rare vitamin c and zinc tablet 2-3 times per week. Now though, i don't have to take the multivitamin or mag+ one, but i still do the others. I will definitely start including more collagen and will consider the prebiotics too! I love the gummies idea but i'm not a fan of cbd stuff and i don't take the gama thing or the sleep gummies because i have no issues in those areas but you're brilliant! i had started to take the eariler mentioned daily amount during 2020 and 2021 for my mental health, but i've definitely noticed significant changes and learned about deficiencies and their potential impact on the brain in a neuroplasticity context and the reversability of certain changes, and i've even reviewed it's impact on perceptions of "passed down" issues that some associate with genetics (things that could have been passed down byproducts of issues initially started by or triggered by nutritional deficencies over a significant period of time. although it would be interesting to see how local produce in different regions and how financial wealth levels and the deficiencies or lack thereof in family members may have affected such things and overall affected society as a whole and societal decisions but this comment is getting too long). I also found out that there are some mental illnesses that cause the body to dump it's reserves of certain vitamins even if there wasn't a deficiency to begin with that if left under-addressed can cause symptoms that could be misdiagnosed as depression and contribute to potentially creating a bad cycle that could cause a deficiency and snowball. so it definitely brings up a lot of questions about a lot of things tbh.

I just bought your RSB and collagen. I’m so excited to try it! I have hair loss and I wonder if I should take the hair supplement you mentioned in the video, too? 🤔 is that necessary?
