@@mousemeat1352There are laws that determine how much money can be taken from the persons paycheck. However, in this case the mother receives the money. There are no checks and balances - the mother may not know how to budget and allocate the money. Each case is unique.
@DarkD1124 ай бұрын
@@mousemeat1352 It's an equal responsibility. Most divorces are initiated by the woman, not because of abuse, but because "the man isn't romantic enough anymore" or something else stupid. And yes, if you have kids, any reason other than abuse is stupid. They universally are selfish and exclusively hurt the child. So yes, it's an equal responsibility. She gets the child and the responsibilities that come with it. Beyond that, it's simply a math calculation. Child expenses added up. Then divided between the two incomes. The better earner has the bigger burden.

What my mother didn’t know was that the judge that day had a background in early childhood education and teaching children with developmental delays. The judge asked “I beg your pardon?” To which my mother had the gumshoe to make her demand again. And that’s when she realized her mistake. My mom got screwed that day. My dad paid for my portion of the camp on his own accord because I loved it so much, and he saw it made me happy. My mom paid for my brother to attend so he wouldn’t be at home by himself. Vonda, you make some of the cutest faces when you're being sarcastic to people who waste your time, and complain about dumb issues. Vonda, you the best❤❤❤❤

She still wants him and can't stand the fact that he moved on. Really you're spending all of it on a private school..... You better put little Ricky back on the school bus to public.

I'm sure a child can skip private school. Try out the child in a better type of public school. The dates seem to care for his son. Maybe he worried about his job and his salary being cut

I don't have kids but if I did and I ended up having to pay child support I would want her to be the judge for me I love how she reads the room between both parents and base her opinions on what she hears and some of these woman be trying to live off the father's child support which no woman should even consider it but some of these other woman that's been on this show clearly do smh

So who thinks $400 a month is enough to pay for school, daycare, lights, heat and hot water? After all, these kids aren’t raised on air alone…

I think it is sad that grown folks have to go to court and have a total stranger decide how much money they have to pay for children they made together. This is why you're supposed to be stable financially and in your emotional status BEFORE you have children. And it would help if people stop just jumping into grown up roles when they are clearly still children mentally themselves

I wish this judge was the one who presided over my case! She seems fair and didn’t take sides. When I went to CSC I got screwed basically from the judge and my lawyer (in the end). At first it was fair because my daughter’s mother and I had shared custody and no one had to pay. That eventually changed because of my ex’s greed for my money. She hounded me for years by calling the police, CPS, and tainting my child’s opinion of me. Even though I did all I could do for my daughter it wasn’t good enough because her mother wanted money. It has gotten to the point where at 17 years old my daughter now lives with her mother and we don’t speak anymore. That has deeply upset me in itself combined with other things. I raised my daughter to be an independent thinker and very disappointed that she couldn’t see the manipulative tactics her mother has pulled since she was 6 years old. I use to always say when she gets older she will see the bullcrap her mother is doing, boy was I wrong! She use to cry about some of the things her mother did but now I guess time erased all the mean things she’s done and her mother is a saint now, with me being the devil. I have lost almost everything since 2018 with things quickly coming to a head now. Since I was forced to pay child support I was ordered to give her $700.00 every 2 weeks. Her base salary is more than mine but my overtime made me earn more. I only worked overtime because I wanted to increase my future retirement pay, but that backfired because of child support. I’ve sacrificed and gave my daughter everything she wanted because she was a good child and A student. I tried to be her father as well as her friend and thought I was doing a good job. The manipulation of a money hungry woman ruined my relationship with my daughter. I cannot retire because if I do I won’t be able to survive (because of the extremely high child support payments), therefore I am forced to work for her for at least 4 more years. Sometimes I wish I could just disappear never to be found! The courts/lawyers/judges have ruined my life financially, spiritually, and mentally. Sorry for rambling but I just had to let this out. Men please beware of this totally unfair system and be very careful of the woman you impregnate! It could have very serious consequences! SMH
