Dude I had the same issue with the fuel pump 12v wires, for some reason everyone seems to use the blue red wire. I had to invert the trigger in the ProEFI as well, kind of odd since it wasn't setup that way in my base map.

Apparently the blue red goes to the pump from the fuel pump ecu. The blue orange comes from the fuse box upfront. Im wondering if its just worded wrong.
