Well you need to watch your rod but taking a quick dip is fine. If you’re swimming, there’s a guarded beach in the park.

If you are under the age of 16 and out of state resident do you need a license or any kind of tag to fish without a vehicle in Delaware

I believe you still need a fishing license. surf tag would be if you bring a vehicle on the beach, which if you do then yes you need a surf tag

Why limit the number of permits?I really enjoyed fishing deleware.However limiting the number of permits and almost doubling the price,I can do without.

Damn bruh is this Europe!? Do I need a permit to get a permit? Thank god the people spoke in my community and ousted the entire city council along with these unnecessary policing units for the clowns that they were and still are, it’s people who developed overly nonsensical rules like this which is why you have people who refuse to wear masks and then protest at state Capitol bldgs in the thousands. Folks just don’t have faith in the system. Thank god we can freely breathe in my beach community, and there’s NO trash or derelict vehicles, and no ridiculous rules either.

It looks like Europe with all these colonizers here. Hope they permit them out of Native land forever and send them back to Europe!
