Practically everything in the ocean eats shrimp. It is universally one of the best baits you can use in saltwater fishing. Make sure it's fresh or live though. Frozen will work, but not as well.

From time to time when I catch it. I don't tend to like buying cut bait if I can help it though. Feels weird to buy fish to catch fish. Lol
