Hii guys I just want say that while pursuing engineering we study alot about the safety and all but one thing in practical life when we see these m/c operator's doing their job without caring it really dissappoint me that we engineers don't do their job yet in college we used to study about safety and these people don't do that at least wherever we are working we should raise the safety issues for us and specially for such workers. Irony is we all know yet we don't care

If that grinding wheel were to have a small fracture defect; it will explode throwing fragments of all sizes at high velocity. Normally a guard would help contain many of these fragments but with no guard shown here (not to mention even basic PPE) this operator could end up having a serious and permanent injury or even lose his life....
