This program provides shoulder health, joint mobility, spine durability, paddling endurance, paddling power.... all the things that you as a landlocked surfer, or weekend warrior needs to help fuel your surfs.
This shoulder warmup routine is a series of movements aimed at loosening tissues that may restrict shoulder range of motion, improve the movement of the scapula on the rib cage, and ready the shoulder joint for training, swimming, surfing, or just getting loose!
