2021: SE london 2022: D3 south london, didnt compete 2023: D2 north and east, competed but not in SALs 2024: D1 Probably saw me at a random non SAL meet

the whole point of the warm up is to prime your body for activity, for some that could take 10mins, for others an hr. You need to find exercises, drills etc and mix them together in a way that makes you specifically ready
