I think what I love the MOST is you let him pick his style, and listed to exactly what he wanted. When we re did my 7 and 10 year olds room the little one wanted the same, he wanted it mature and we styled it with fun things!!!!!

I remember wanting a more grown-up bedroom when I turned 10 because I was double digits now, so I was grown up. My family insisted I needed a kid bedroom (their intentions were good ) I would have been SO HAPPY with this! And you can see on his face how happy your son is too! Kudos on putting aside what you think he would want in a space and letting him have what he wants. It really did turn out gorgeous.

Seeing the completion of Milo's room is fantastic. I did watch the day in the life video, and so glad to hear the kitty is doing well AND that the smell is out of the seat. The room is beautiful and is very much a space he can grow into.

My vet recommended a litter called Cat Attract when I had 3 cats with territorial issues. One a feral female that I rescued from under my deck. Like your experience she’s the most expensive free cat I’ve owned. Male cats resist litter boxes and shoot high. I recommend you get the largest high sided box you can find and the Cat Attract and set it up in your garage for practice My feral cat was confused at first and slept in the litter box and used her bedding to do her business. It helps to get in the box and move the litter around while he watches. The give him a round of applause and praise when he finally uses it.

💡💡💡A crucial tip for the grass you put in the corner: Spray it with some hairspray. It will greatly reduce the rate of the little seeds dropping, and make it a lot easier to keep clean around it. 😊 But it looks great, at 11 I went from bright yellow and bright green walls (my parents choice for my childhood... - it was the 90'es to be fair), and painted the whole room deep/dusty rose. We even cut some sponges in the shape of butterflies, and dab-painted a few above my bed 😅

I’ve been behind so I’m binging your videos from the past month and started with a day in the life which I left a comment there because I was😂😂😂 the whole way through. Then I got myself together and moved on to this one. Milo’s room looks amazing. He has great taste. I’m 55 and his room is way more stylish than mine! So all was going well… and then… you added the out takes from you in the van from the last video and I’m in hysterics again. 😂😂😂😂 Maybe I’ll make it through the next one without my hubby side eyeing me for laughing myself to tears while watching KZbin videos. I was really surprised too. I thought he would want a soccer themed room for sure! I even tried to convince him to have a gaming room with coloured led lights and a giant controller headboard, but he didn't want that. He wanted a simple, neutral room that looked like a hotel! Weird, but he loves it!

The room looks beautiful! I just want to give a heads up about the plants you cut in the field. Be careful they're not full of bugs/eggs. I'm a wreath maker and have heard terrible things about people wanting the boho look and bringing bugs inside their house via fluffy plants. Craft stores will have artificial plants with a similar look, if you decide to switch it out.

Wonderful recreation of a comfortable growing space for Milo!!! ❤ I am also blessed with an incredibly handy husband! Treasure your Man, dear Cas. Hubby's who can figure anything out and make it happen are becoming rare. 😄 I'm glad Mr. Bogangles, and your aromatic vehicle seat, have recovered. After getting nipped in the buds, even outdoor male cats are much less likely to take up fighting, and they become even more affectionate with their humans. Just give your sweet rescued kittle a safe warm place to shelter, always with with two entry/exit/escape portals, and a consistent supply of food, and he will be a very contented cat. After the tomcat hormones diminish, Mr. B will likely no longer want to wander far from home. BTW: not using a litter box is the hallmark of a cat that has been a street kitty from birth. Some of them do figure out the purpose of litter pans as adults, especially when they see other cats using one, but some guys especially, but also some female felines that got their start in life on the road will seldom to never use a litter pan. They get hardwired that way when young and just don't change. TMI Time: we have a herd of rescued felines that dependably use the multitude of litter pans 'scattered' (litter pan pun) around our home, BUT we do have one lovely, very affectionate rescued feminine chatty catty who reliably does every poo in a pan, but only pees directly down the drain of our antique bathtub. She has an amazingly accurate ability to aim true, but I clean the bathtub a lot more often now. 😸 🥴
