Looks like you need to invent a „barefoot sock“ type of „shoe“ just a thin layer that however is not slipping at all but reduces a bit of the barefoot pain. If it sells, I‘d like to be invited to the cellar :-) (do you have v3 cracks as well :-( ?

That makes the second half grading an O-1, for now. If Adam comes back and fails again, it becomes O-2, and so on, until Adam completes it and sets the grading for a positive value.
