34 Week Pregnancy Update: This week I am starting to get more sleep despite RLS(restless leg syndrome) and got to have a super productive appointment with my OB. Bonus! We got to sneak in to the sono room and get a special ultrasound to watch baby Kingsley move around and practice swallowing.

Yes! So excited to almost be done! Starting to get that "sure, whatever can happen. It doesn't matter," attitude because I know we can deliver him any day now and he will be fine, and I will get to be done being pregnant :P

@@JAKSJourney - Oh yes, the discomfort of the final weeks and wanting to be done with being pregnant. The hardest part but (IMO) also the most special part. I hope you have the birth of your dreams. I didn't, but it was still amazing.

Excited for you, I was a few weeks ahead of you, just had my baby at 37 weeks due to preeclampsia, gd and ICP 😫 I was induced and my very naughty baby flipped to breech during induction (she was head down the day induction started as seen in the scan) obviously that was crap news for me as I had a emergency section but does show they flip right at the last minute haha! I’ve had 2 vaginal births and although the recovery is much tougher, it’s doable and gives you the best excuse to relax and cuddle your newborn xx

Two questions: 1. If you go through that baby turning procedure and go into labor, are you not concerned you'll already be in too much pain or exhausted to go through with the vaginal delivery? Was that discussed? 2. Do you plan on carrying on this channel? What direction do you plan on taking it, if so? Also, still waiting on the hospital bag reveal and the petocin question. ❤️

Good questions! 1) The OB promised that it was "very uncomfortable" but not super painful so even leaving room for interpretation there, I am not anticipating overwhelming pain. There isn't much active participation from the mama's point of view during this procedure so I don't anticipate exhaustion being an issue. 2) Not sure! This is something that I have been thinking about a lot though. Given that this was originally a channel around our journey to build a family and we have accomplished that I kind of need to pick a new direction/purpose. Regardless I won't just disappear and will make sure to let you all know what is happening. 3)Currently editing the birth plan video and it will be up Thursday. The hospital bag video should be up next Thursday :)

My group b strep swab sent me into labor with my 4th. Barely made it to the hospital. Finicky indeed 😂😂😂😂😂
