Quick question regarding prem mods, are they client based or server based? Im assuming its client based like the paid dlc stuff in ASE and the Bobs tales but i haven't really looked into that info yet as i usually just wait(and wait) for info when its anything relevant to wildcard or Ark. Im curious what kind of price points we will see on Premium mods(hopefully not 30 dollar for a single skin😅)

unlike bobs tall tales your are going to have to buy the premium mods to play on servers where they active.

@@zachfreedom644 so if i setup them on my private server for me and my friends, we would all have to buy the premium mod? Just making sure i understand as i might consider a few prem mods but me and my friends would have to debate on what's worth spending money on... Also is prem mods a one time purchase or is it per install? Question upon questions but I'm not used to premium mods so just trying to gage if these are going to be beneficial for the future.

@corruptedhivemind932 Everyone would have to purchase the mod. This part may be wrong, so I apologize. But you, as the server host, may have to buy the mod twice if you're hosting a server through nitrado. Unless nitrado links your Ark account or they are free to load on nitrado, but users have to buy them. This question hasn't been answered by the PC community yet, so I don't know. But going forward, be prepared for that possibility when discussing what mods to buy. But remember, you are supporting modders directly by doing so.

@@zachfreedom644 yeah i thought the same but you can see what i mean regarding the whole info as wildcard doesn't say much or says it to late but idk we will wait and see i suppose. I do hope i don't have to by it twice for the server and my account but thats probably the most likely outcome. I see em on pc but the price or rather the download button on what i assume are prem mods is glitched out saying installing at 30% so idk. I just hope things aren't terribly priced, a good big map for 15 bucks is ok i think but anything beyond that idk but that the is with monetizing things were it's hard to place a money value on digital goods and the most bad examples we see now are 30 dollar skins or P2Y bs or "the Unheard edition" for tarkov. I hope modders are fair and ensure their quality as i wouldn't mind supporting reasonable modders. This is the real question that needs clarification on instead of people getting all upset about paid mods.

@@JohnSmith31191 the problem is is that it's been happening at first it was just scorched earth but now it's the island I mean there's like 2 I can get rid of. I mainly use structure,decor and creature. The creature ones most of them is Garuga and sunken creatures and draconic chronicles. I also have the Amissa map

I’m on Xbox series s and I was just wondering if someone give me some advice on how to fix background blur it feels like my eyes are trying to focus and makes it hard to play so if anybody knows something it’d be awesome if some could tell me how to fix it😂

nothing about how they broke their game, even people with 4090's only getting 20fps in game. console players been unable to access modded servers all weekend. premium mods for console should of been here start of the month...they have been pushed back, teasing a damn power rangers crossover when your game is in this much of a mess i swear if i see a power ranger before stability fixes I'm going back to ase and letting this game die, modders are the only reason the game has anyone playing it right now, i know for a fact if it wasn't for hexen's omega mod i wouldn't even be playing it. every time they push an update its on a friday night 10pm ruining the game for everyone who wanted to get off work and play on the weekend because god forbid they put out a patch that's been tested and actually works

That's not true I got a 4070 super using dlss frame generation in performance I'm getting like 100 to 120 fps runs fine.

they lost another 6k players just in the last 30 days LMAO. DEVS should've listened banned the duping meshing rats on console. BANNED/hardware banned the pc players cheating and maybe this game would have triple the player count. ONLY ppl playing this game is PVE and streamers, dupers lmao
