I would suggest giving ace ammo capacity upgrades, whit enough shots suppression can become quite good.

Given the look of that factiom hero i would go with an afficio assassinorum myself. That hero has an Eversor look about them. Though i would understand if you dudnt want to use an eversor given their notmal tendencies to work solo, murder EVERYONE in site and explode if they fail. Perhaos then make thrm a vindicare and give them a good sniper rifle. Just a thought.

As for sister Amelia, her armor suggests the order of the Sacred Rose, these sisters strive to uphold the virtues of discipline, even-temperament and resolute determination. Favouring heavy weapons and squad tactics, they bring the fight to planets long thought lost to xenos and chaos. They are the unmovable object when the enemies are strong and the unstoppable force when they show weakness, these sisters believe they are controlled by the will of the emperor directly and are able to manifest actual miracles..For The Emperor!
