With my stock tiny cables + EBMX 72v 57ah (non race bater) + X9000 + Torp Motor + my weight is 95kg I can acheave 130kmh max for few seconds only and from there stock cables starts to overheat. Amazing videos mate, I really love them watcing

I have seen a 14 tooth front sprocket for the talaria, also if you can run an extended swing arm, maybe you can mod a 21" front onto the rear to help with the gear ratio issues w/ the talaria.

Go to higher voltage battery, all your problems will be solved. If your motor/controller cant handle the voltage, dumping amps into the setup to sustain your output is not the solution. Voltage > Current capacity in all situations involving performance. 72v is entirely too low to sustain 80+mph speeds. Jump up to 134v and youll find you can run better gearing, less heat managment, and all your components can be smaller, furthr increasing top speed.

Y'all got this. I'm loving your store! I know this is a long shot, but do you know if the Heavy Hitter Titanium Direct Mount Riser will fit with the eride pro ss display? I know I saw the warp 9 riser does not fit with the screen at the moment, but was wondering if the Heavy Hitter Titanium Direct Mount Riser does.

Shoot, I don’t think it will. That stem is very wide. I suppose you could off set the screen to either side so the brackets alternate. Or you could cut one bracket off and use it that way 🤷

The Heavy Hitter Direct mount does not work with the OEM E Ride display. What "most" people are doing is just cutting off one side of the OEM display mount, making it a single sided mount. This will work, but wont be as rigid as OEM. We are also working on an adjustable display mount which is currently in production right now.

I believe your ANT BMS is cutting out on that 72V EBMX race battery. Sure, would be nice if you could get at least 500-amps into that X9000 controller for a continuous thousand phase amps into that 35kW motor. That 85.4mph top speed is impressive for a Talaria and I'd be curious to know the motor RPM on that Sotion motor. You may want to change the front sprocket on Reed's bike to a 14T or 15T if your motor rpm is maxed out. Keep up the great work!

that's what I'm saying I have a talaria sting r with 72v chi battery, Ko rush controller and ko factory spec motor I've hit 73.4mph and was running only 9.7kw, max is 35kw and 1200phase amps

Sweet happy to hear. The only reason we haven’t tried yet is because I think for it to be competitive we need to set a distance. We will get some draggy runs in this weekend. Our fastest 1/8th mile right now is 84 mph so 1/4 “should” be doable I think lol

to reduce drag, you could try setting the handle bars upside down so the grips are low and you can reduce your body profile. with the bars upside down it's like riding with sport bike clip ons. might be a little sketchy stability wise going 100mph tho, just make sure you don't put too much body weight on the front end.

Guys with KO controllers and fspec motors have been hitting +90mph on both talaria and surron for over a year…almost 2 years for me on my surron. You want to hit +100mph easily you have to up the volts..22s will help but not much, 30s with 3shul vesc controller would be much easier.

Was your motor limited to 10,000 rpm? I noticed that Jack Cecil dyno sheet was 12,800 rpm or so at 100+ mph. I’m sure his field weakening was higher. That could make a +6 mph difference at the top end.

Technically it can peak at 13000 rpm. We need more power to reach that

We can tune it ourselves on these controllers as well we have it turned all the way up, but often times it can go higher with custom settings from the manufacturer.

It actually felt very stable at speed. It has an extended swing arm and nice wheels, tires and suspension. Its not the ideal speed for it but a lot more stable than most people would think.

@@Talariaboys Single piece race suit like they use at Isle of Man TT. New handlebars that are narrower and lower, sticking down instead of out (look up board track racing and Burt Munro). Mount pegs as far back as possible, and higher. Use a smaller rider 😅 After that it would be body panels, starting with the tires and working inwards to the rider. That part would be much more challenging and would require engineering.

My Sur Ron with 21kw does 8,12 sec 117km/h on a 1/8mile event. Topspeed is between 125km/h and 130km/h. ko factory spec motor ko factory spec controller 450a Version (not the rush) 72v nominal and 300a dc 54teeth sprocket, 90/90-19 tire Plan for next year:22s10p Molicel P50B for 35kw I'm curious what 1/8 mile time and top speed I'll have

This bike doesn't have a single stock component on it. On a stock bike yes its not made to go faster than 45 but with all the upgrades it feels totally comfortable being ridden fast.
