You should definitely do more camping/hiking to get your fish. We LOOOOOVE the outdoors. Some states have aerial stocked remote ponds for trout/catfish/bass and I’d love to see something like that. Backpacking is cool :)

I just caught some kingfish in the surf up in NJ the same day you were out. I wasn't having much luck until I learned where the sandbars were and got out past them. A KZbinr named richtrox has some really good videos about reading the surf, it helped me learn a where and when to fish in the surf. Awesome vid!

1 day survival fishing = 1 day catch and cook whatever you catch You gotta make a multi-day video... like a series only eating what you catch and forage for a week/month (you stay in your home but you fish/forage all your meals minus condiments and spices). Or just spend the weekend (2.5-3 days) at the beach sleeping in your car and eating what you catch.
