@@Flipsie How far did you get, cose tutorial was super short, just 2 things: fighting and building, and then you enter the elevator that gets you to cafeteria where game starts.

in this sort of game with "generators" like the portable stove you spam them so you can fill them all and mass produce in 1 unit of production. you have 3 people and only 2 meals at a time.

I think they sometimes do, but it takes them so long to reach a 'stable' release that by the time they make it to console the hype is well and truly gone so it can often fizzle :(

It depends on what console you are using. My personal favorite is Linux console. All good games run without issue, and as a bonus all shady and crappy games with bundled keyloggers and other viruses do not work.

@@hubertnnn I really like the Atari. You know the one you put tapes into,and it made a really ear splitting noise for about 20 mins while it loaded.

Speaking of kiwis in abiotic factor... Farscape taught me that there are a ton of ozzies in space. There were probably a couple of kiwis mixed in.

Hey Splitsie, do you have an Intel 13900k or 14900k CPU? Because I never had issues with this game crashing and no other youtuber I have seen had it either. And yesterday level1tech posted a video about Intel CPUs being unstable and constantly crashing games. Apparently around 20% of CPUs from those 2 families are buggy and cause games to constantly crash.

Fair point, for some silly reason I wasn't connecting the dots with that even though I'd read a lot of those articles. I think because I'd never enabled any performance settings or other such things, but there's a new bios available for my motherboard so I plan to update it and keep my fingers crossed that things are more stable. I was surprised to find out that unreal games were particularly an issue with these crashes as well.

The issue was that it was just TFE, once capac joined that would have made him insanely loud
