From the complete shy to the complete weird but it is always interesting as you have said. I agree, another trip little more extensive would be fantastic to see. There is a ice hotel in Quebec Canada as well, I toured it and drank at the ice bar but never stayed the night, it's expensive and I like being warm at night. Happy new year everyone, hope you all have a better year.

I would love to try this. Thinking back to my childhood in the 1970's and our net curtains were frozen to the inside of our bedroom windows. It was before duvets so we had blankets which were horrid scratchy wool ones. My parents never had central heating although they did get double glazing in the 80's as the wooden frames were falling apart and in summer I would find ants on my pillow. I couldn't wait to move out which I did aged 22. I never went back. Although I have double glazing now, I don't like a heated bedroom and I wake up with a terrible headache if it's left on by mistake. I like to feel my body to be cozily wrapped but for my lungs to breathe in cold fresh air. It would be a wonderful experience to stay here.
