What’s the waterproof some are wearing it’s looks a bit like a poncho liner that was worn in Vietnam have they done away with a gortex top and bottom

It’s not an issue gortex. I used it in different times. I prefer it as I can just throw it on and still do what I need to and take it off when the weather breaks. Not having to take all body armour etc off to put on or remove a jacket.
