Have you experienced "brain fog?" It's quite common after the loss of a loved one. Your body and your mind goes into a traumatic grieving process which can result in not being able to think clearly. There's hope! It does get better after time.

I lost my husband 9 months ago & my only son 2 months later. I have been in a brain fog but keep going on with grief groups, Bible studies & prayer groups, all on line. I want this feeling to go away & return to a normal life again. I just found your words of encouragement today. God is faithful & I will be all he wants me to be🙌🏼

Linda, I am so sorry for app you have lost. That is a LOT to go through in a few short months. I would like to encourage you to keep reading your Bible, praying and connecting with others. In time, the brain fog does get better! Praying for you, my dear sister!❤️🙏❤️❤️

This happened to me after my mom passed away. I had seen her constantly for 10 years. It was extremely difficult for me. It has now been 19 years and I still think of her almost every day. Thanks for your wisdom.

Peggy Allen I totally understand. I think our friends see that we get lonely and try to help by trying to hook us up with someone. It’s hard to make that connection after so many years with one person. So sorry for your loss!
