Did this today as part of the daily playlist and was actually able to complete all 72! Though now I think I probably can only do suryanamaskars with your counting in the background 🙂 Great work with the videos and daily playlists. Almost feels like a live class these days! Thanks a lot Rashmi!

This is awesome workout. I am sweating like anything. I followed your earlier series ie 12,24,48 now this is 72.That means 36 rounds if SN. With your guidance I am able to do it. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. Plz make audio counts of even more rounds of SN as I am taking SN challenge for 2 weeks. I will be grateful if you make more audio counts if SN

This session was amazing well I have a suggestion after the relaxation please add pranayam sequence of 15 minutes for even more relaxation. total 1 hour of complete mindful yoga session .thank you for making this video .

You could try the video only on pranayam before doing the sun salutations. It's around 14mins :)

really I enjoy doing surya namaskar evryday with your video but this video would have been better if you have done along with your instructions.. pls do video on yoga practice for daily basis from Monday to Friday it will help many people who has time constraints to go to gym or yoga institute.. keep doing more videos

There is already a playlist for people to do daily yoga from Monday to Sunday if you go through the channel properly you will find it. Plus I'm uploading daily playlists. And there are over 90+ videos I don't know how much more I can spoonfeed the information

Yes one can do 108 which is 54 sets. Some like to do more. Depends from person to person.but I would rather focus on an Asana practice post 108 than keep doing surya namaskars
