sun salutations are the best yoga. I felt so nice after doing them. Even though it was quite tireing to do I still had a productive thinking in my mind. I have been doing 108 Sun salutations for about a week and now my body has started feeling better than the first day and also I am able to do it easier than before. Its all about practise wish you a good life. stay healthy, stay safe.

Rashmi , OM ! Thank you for this upload . I have been following the 108 SN video of your since last years lockdown . It has been very helpful & elevating . I have now started doing 216 SN ( by the grace of Shiva 🙏) so I have to repeat this video twice . I have a request if you could put up a version on KZbin of 216 SN then it will be very helpful , given you will build the pace according to 216 ! I can then use your other videos to slowly build up my practice beyond 216 too by the grace of Mahadeva ! Also it will be great if you can add some pranayama at the beginning and/or the end along with the relaxation that you already have to make the practice comprehensive . Currently I have to toggle between different videos to get the full practice . I will be very grateful if this is possible . Loads of blessings . Om Shanti 🙏

Hi, I started with your cardio suryanamaskar workout last month with 4 full round and kept on increasing every 2 days until I reached 12 full rounds, then I mixed it with PCOS workout with meditation 12 full round cardio suryanamaskars and then the Asanas for PCOS, since last week I am following this 108 suryanamaskars with PCOS WORKOUT session, 1st meditation, then 48 suryanamaskars and PCOS asanas, the increased to 72 and only yesterday for the first time I completed 108 rounds of Suryanamaskars 😇😇 I am planning to continue with this routine for my weightloss and curing PCOS along with healthy diet and 2-3L of water intake. I have already reduced 2Kgs in 1 week.

If you do 108 Sun salutations you should do at a good slow pace, especially do it with listening to the mantra, but if you do Sun salutations as a warm-up exercise for a Yoga session then you need to practice at a fast pace. Some of my sharing as a classical Yoga teacher. OM. Peace!

Thank you very much for the video. Is it possible to reduce speed to 1 minute per cycle ? With this speed not getting enough time for knees to land on the mat properly. That's causing knee pain. If possible can you make video to finish 54 cycles in 54 minutes and 15 minutes for yoga nidra?

Keep gradually increasing the time you do it. Start week 1 at 10 minutes then move on to 15 and then 20. Your body will get used to it.

If you let fear take over you won't lose that weight. Just take it slow and easy. No need to rush.

Yes the count is slower for the first three rounds and then picks up speed. Once you keep doing it you will get used to the pace. If you do it too slow it might take longer than 2 hours to complete.

It's totally upto you honestly. But if you want to maintain a schedule and vary your workouts between a yoga practice and functional workouts I would do 108 Surya namaskar once a week.
