I have started this workout today..I hope it will eliminate my back fat.i feel very jnsecure about it.i really loved this workout. As a beginner I find it quiet doable..though these exercises are simple..they did targeted the back area..and I could feel it

I'm glad you mention it. Strengthening your lower back is really important since it will take the pressure off other parts of the body that kick in when the back is not well trained. Especially since many of us sit the entire day while at work.
