I'm not sure what you mean by 'real.' I had lessons 20+ years ago, but gave them up some years later. It's only the invention of rhythm gaming that's allowed me to revisit this passion. My goal has been to make my ion drum rocker to as closely mimic my old drum set as I'm able. A recent mod has substituted wire mesh drum heads, bringing me 99% of the way there. Glad you like. Tx.
