Why do I call it rustic? It usually means that I have not a clue what I am doing, following instinct and hoping it works! Over the years I have ate lots of Kievs some and some delicious, but I don't believe that I have ever made them and certainly not in an air fryer, which I am still experimenting with. I always like to buy beat and pouty from either a butcher, I know, not easy to find in Salisbury or a good quality supermarket, such as Waitrose. Waitrose chicken breasts are really good and Waitrose have heard the compassion in farming good chicken award since 2010! They have a page all about their chicken on their website. Knowing this helps me to as part of me would like to be a vegetarian. I bought the breadcrumbs also from the Waitrose lin, normally I make my ow, but at the moment are trying to give up bread. The breadcrumbs are not those bright orange things of years ago, these are lovely, although to be honest I prefer Panko crumbs but at the moment there seems to be lots of shortages still around. After doing this recipe, I am going to do it again, I will probably make a couple of changes, such as chilling the butter into little logs, which will make it easier to work with and also flattening the chicken breasts. I don't think that I would have needed the cocktail sticks? Otherwise I will keep my ideas as it did work well. Thank you for watching. You can find more recipes on my website www.susiehunter.co.uk
