This movie... Let me tell you guys... My daughter and I watched this when she was 13 and then several times since. EVERY single time we have watched it we cry so hard and we are liked hugged up together like we are dying together. It kills me. Something happened to her when she was 15. She came up missing from a friends home that she was going to stay a few days with. We were in town from another state after a recent move to pick up the rest of our things we had in storage. I know there must be young girls here in this thread, or coming to this thread. I taught her stranger danger. My father was a policeman and I taught her ALL the things my father taught me. And she let these strangers lure her away from safety on the promise of fun and she trusted them. She is 18 now. The trial for 2 of them will begin this year in that state. They nearly killed her shooting her up with drugs to make her unable to be conscious and defend herself and run away from them. They did the most horrible and disgusting things to my baby. Never EVER go off with anyone. Never leave your phone behind anywhere... bit in the first place NEVER EVER go off woth anyone! EVEN IF your parent DO know them. Always follow your parents rules that are made to keep you safe wherever you go. Something like this is the worst thing that could happen to you and your parents. They love you so much. You always hear of these horrifying things on tv and think they can never happen to you. But I promise you girls..it CAN. All it takes is bending the rules ONCE. PLEASE. Any girls reading this... Please listen to me and NEVER bend the rules. PLEASE be safe always. Like the parents in this movie, your parents will live a nightmare if they lose you in a way like this. I am so lucky my baby girl survived. So lucky. I thank God every day for it. Bit now, she has a lot of problems. PTSD (post traumatic Stress disorder, flash backs of what happened to her. She has nightmares. She has severe anxiety and depression that no doctor can seem to help her with. There is no medicine they can give her to make her better. Now she is at risk for things like suicide, and severe mental illness and yes, even the risk that she may have bad relationships in the future that could end in her being abused. There are so many risks after surviving something like this. God bless every girl who reads this. May God protect all of you and send angels to watch you every where you girls go. Boys too. There are very sick, SICK people in this world who WILL harm you and even go out of their way and risk going to prison to hurt you. These sick people do not care and will treat you like dirt. Like you have no value. This is not why your parents brought you into this world. Don't make your parents cry over you, and parents like me think about these things and care about kids they don't even know and your parents TOO. 🤗☺❤

I had a friend who died, and I went to pieces. I worked in an office that played beautiful music over the sound system. I was there by myself one afternoon, the music that was coming on reminded me of a trip I took w them. I remember at some point feeling like I was actually revisiting certain places we stopped at along the way, and he was there. I always attributed that feeling of his presence to my grief; but who knows......

This movie is on my Top 10 list. On Imdb it got 6.8 (out of 10), on Netflix 3 of 5 stars. I expected this movie to get 8.5 or even 9. I give it 9. It's sad but beautiful. My eyes were teary when she finally entered heaven and the beautiful "Song to the Siren" was played. Bittersweet may be the word. I seen it 3 or 4 times and I think I'll watch it again tonight. And I don't mind to cry.

I've lost my grandmother, on the christmas eve of 2021, it wasn't an easy thing to handle, she passed away in the morning of december 25th, i will mever forget her, the lessons she thought to me, all the love she gave me, i know, i wasn't good for her, when she passed we had a few...well...disagreements I feel so sad, i couldn't say goodbye I hope she still there in heaven watching for all of us, and i hope one day, she can forgive for everything...😞 I love you my grandmother, i miss you a lot... Yes I believe that is true. Life is a dream and we are the dreamers dreaming the dream of life. I belive afterlife is a dream also. The difference is that we'll see the direct results of our thoughts in the afterlife, but in this life our thoughts use longer time to manifest itselves. I don't have the answers, but I belive life is a dream and it explains a lot. But life will probably forever remain as a great mystery.
