Your makeup collection is normal! I love it! So many beauty "gurus" are putting up makeup collection and storage videos and they have literally THOUSANDS of products, which is insane. I'm glad you buy in moderation and it seems like you have a good idea about what suits your skin. THIS is what gurus should aspire to be. Quality>Quantity.

its their job to have thousands of products. they need to test and review these products for their viewers' sake. its their job to recommend products to their viewers, plus not everyone's skin is the same ;thus the need to have more products. plus some products are sent to them.

A makeup artist's job is to have makeup and try makeup as well, but I've never seen a makeup artist with as much makeup as some "gurus". It's just nonsensical. Having tons of makeup means you don't know what you're doing because you can't figure out what is good or not. This video shows a reasonable amount. Good for her! She knows her skin and knows what works and what doesn't, and she doesn't hoard the extra that she receives.

oh Alright, I get you now. I do agree with the part of not hoarding the extra makeup though. Never thought of it like that. Maybe shes really good with managing her stuff. :)

I actually think that even if she has a lot less than other beauty gurus, it's still to much. You don't need that much, rather than buying a 40pounds tom ford lipstick or six mac ones she should donate that amount of money to UNICEF. Children are starving and those "beauty gurus" are rambling about their nine hundred 30 pounds each foundations

Makeup storage videos are my favorite! Not sure if that's normal or if I'm just a bit too nosey... ;) I love how your makeup collection is so streamlined. A reasonable sized collection like this just looks so much more hygienic than having bins and bins full of makeup. Though I fully admit to being jealous of women who have bins and bins of makeup. :)
