Oil is burning on my gixxer. But there is no smoke. Is it valve seal complaint, or pistion and cylinder comllaint ?

It might be in the initial stage of bad rings, it is smoking in high rpm for sure. If it smokes in idle rpm its valve seals.

No welding is must.

@@vader9985 you have to get another sf with fairing removed, only then the exact measurements can be found. I cannot explain that here, some svc do that, as they have the provisions to get the exact measurements.

Hi bro, Can you mention which mm gap is good for inlet and outlet tapped in service center they have configured for 0.04mm and 0.16mm but i feel power loss on top speed Can you suggest the mm for tapped please.

0.04 mm is very less, its better to have a loose valve than a overly tight valve, the engine may stall in low rpm, or in sudden deceleration. Set the intake @0.08mm and exhaust for 0.16mm. the permissible range for intake is .04-.08mm and that for exhaust is .12-.16. so if they set .04 then the exhaust must be set at .12 and vice versa. Otherwise the volumetric efficiency will not be good and the performance will be compromised.

Or you suggest any other valve clearance for inlet and outlet? Because these service centers are not doing properly So am going to do it with private expert mechanic so please suggest your setting for inlet and outlet in this video is enough for good performance?

@@gkcheetah7542 set intake @.08 exhaust @.16, because its always better to have a loose valve than a tighter valve. If you hear noise the reduce that by .02mm.

It may be blow by also, either way piston rings are shot.

Best way to check is to do a compression test. Otherwise u have to take everything apart then examine.

Lapping means sanding, so agar somehow Aisa koi scratch ajata hai jise hum lapping paste se grind karke Nehi hata sakte tav seat Ko cut karni Hoti hai. Har ek engine head ki valve seat ki ek angle Hoti hai, us angle me lathe machine me cut karne se valve seat firse reuse Kar sakte hai.

Why my gixxer doesn't start in single self after parking it? I have to take 4 self to start it after leaving it for 15,20 mins. No problem with cold start up.

In cold condition it starts right away in single self. Also in very hot condition right after stopping the bike , it starts right away. Only problem when I start it after 15 mins. Why is this strange problem in my gixxer??? Any idea?
