(My 22 year old SV650 is well past it's best so I'm imagining that I've replaced it with an 8S). I was thinking that the 8S just needed to sound better and produce a bit more power and torque to completely sort it and then I found this video. I can't wait to fire my new Suzuki up and take it for a ride! Yehaaa!!! With it's mods it now goes and sounds great!. OK, it happens to the best of us, and it happened to me too but making us wait to hear how good it sounds and then putting this video out with terrible sound quality has just contributed to my mental health problems. .

Hey Yammie - great videos... Please tell your followers that when changing the O2 sensor over to the new pipe, NEVER touch the sensor with your fingers, or anything. Skin oils (invisible stuff) will burn on the sensor causing incorrect values being sent to the ECU, and could cause running issues. We always install new sensors if we suspect the owner has done a DIY job, and held the sensor in their bare hand. I always hold a sensor in a new microfibre, until it's tightened in.

@@JohnnieV I'd just like to add that using the quickshifter from 1st gear to 2nd is always clunky, that didn't go away. The only way for it not to be clunky is if you accelerate really hard in 1st gear and shift up at higher RPMs. But from 2nd gear onwards it is very smooth. Likewise when downshifting. I usually just use my clutch to shift from 1st to 2nd and thats it (unless im accelerating hard)

While I know the microphones on action cameras are pretty crap, it doesn't change the fact I can still hear "tonal noises" in the LV exhaust. I can say......I really don't like it. The Akra and M4 have better tone. The LV seems to be emitting some after-effect noises that have to do with that turn-out tip and the honeycomb screen on that tip. 2WDW does fantastic ECU work. Probably one of the best. VCyclenut also has a lot of experience in tuning and has great numbers with the Akra system, with the addition of TST velocity stacks.

Yes well, as a car mechanic, I can tell you that European car manufacturers really don't want people fixing their cars either... what they want is for it to be more cost effective to buy a brand new car after 5 years and not fix the old one! question though, if I were to have an electric 3/8's ratchet, and the bits to fit the bolt head, would it physically fit in the gap? (personally I would still drain the radiator, remove at least one of the hoses, and push the radiator out of the way (after I've wrapped cardboard around it) another thing I would do slightly different, if there is no plug and the wires are long enough, is wind the O2 sensor into the collector before putting the collector on, I'd nip it up in place though. can I suggest you emphasize having everything together and loosely bolted, so it can be in line perfectly before tightening any of the bolts? and a paint pen on the bolt heads & what it is bolted to, so a quick glance can tell you if it ever tries to back out, as well as, knowing for sure that it is tight without having to go back and spanner check it when you finish... not just to look professional, but for your own peace of mind, and to know if someone else has messed with it after you have! A cheap loot that will be of great help... a door trim removing tool, trust me it's very versatile, not just for doors, but any plastic clips, popping spark plug leads off the plug, small hoses off pipes and separating the mesh from the air filter without causing any damage. it will quickly become one of your favourite tools! the mesh on the end of the pipe whistles...

my Gen 3 Busa FeLL because of too easy/soft Kick-Stand as it doesn't come with a Spring ... we don't get the feedback if it's Locked or has moved an inch or 2 away from its locked position in which the bike can be safely parked without danger of falling. If you mistakenly touch the stand with foot/feet while moving the bike forward or backward during parking, the bike will invariably fall. It's a known issue with Suzuki ... at least newer models... so, confirm if the stand is locked before leaving or resting the bike on it.
