Fanatic review!! I've got the S1000F and absolutely love it! Houston, Texas. Bought a "throttle tamer" and it took care of most of the throttle surge, although it's still a little abrupt going from off to on, ...nothing you don't learn to ride with after about 15 minutes. Thanks again for a badass review!

Great review and KILLER riding! You're always owning those roads!! I just picked up my GSX-S 1000 on Tue, and it is indeed a fantastic bike. It was between that and the new Z900. I rode both, but liked the Suzuki a lot better.

So I lied....... I was in the market for a new bike but after sitting on this and the Z1000..... I ordered the 2016 Z1000. I couldn't bring myself to purchase another Suzuki (currently riding 2009 GSXR 750). With the new Z1000 having a slipper clutch I was only really disappointed in no traction control. That being said, the Z1000 is more comfortable, looks better, more refined build and makes better hp & tq up to 8700rpm. I will be getting my Z1000 next week and can't wait.

The fit and finish of the Z1000 does appear way better in person. Every single thing seems sharp and designed with purpose. The GSXS1000 has kind of a home made simple rounded 90's look to everything on it. That being said it also has some really nice parts that seem to work well as a whole package. I was hoping the MT10 would be what I'm looking for but it's more expensive and not perfect either. Kind of hoping Honda announces a new CB1000R that is a bit more modern, lighter and more powerful but retains the single sided swing arm.

***** I actually really like the MT10 (FZ-10 here in the US). I agree on the CB1000R, I actually looked at an overstock 2014 but didn't like the fit and finish. Only plus for me was the single side swingarm.

Just bought one, I looked at both the z1000 and the GSX S1000 I just like the looks of Suzuki, better plus I got it for $8,999 U.S. vs 11,500 for the Z1000 so I took the extra cash put on braded lines, a Yoshimura slip on, heated hand grips for the cooler weather in the fall and was still below the 11,500 for the Z.

Hi, very good review, i really enjoyed watching it! I still have a question though: some reviewers stated, that the front of the GSX felt "vague" and "flighty". Did you experience that too? When i testrode this machine, i didn't feel anything like that, but maybe i am just too unexperienced to feel that drawback.
