Great video, cant wait to see the rest of the repair. Why do you have different torque figures for the rotor and the cover?

Good question, for an M6 bolt, which these are, the maximum torque, lightly oiled is 11.8 Nm for 8.8 grade bolts and increases for higher tensile bolts. So, 10 Nm for the stator bolts is fine, noting that the thread lock compound does lubricate the threads and that the cover is new. I like a lighter figure for the case bolts just in case the internal threads have stretched a bit over time and I don't end up stripping the thread. Hope that answers your question, thanks.

11:35 i often do most by feel as well, but things like covers are the rare time I do turn to a torque wrench. I'm not sure I understood your statement, are you missing the wrench, the specifications, or the desire (LOL)?

Not the wrench, for my sins, I have big small and intermediate torque wrenches :-). I don't have the specifications, so they are just general ones for those size bolts and screws. Suzuki GSXR bikes are well known on the internet, so I don't feel the need for a manual, but cover bolt torque values are not something the internet seems interested in. So that leaves me with lack of desire :-)))).
