How much does it cost in maintenance?

Similar to every other bike I've owned. The hayabusa is very powerful and torquey and also not a lightweight, so expect consumables like tyres, chain and sprockets and pads to wear a little quicker than other bikes, but it all depends on your riding style. Build quality is hypotethtically bulletproof. Most of the money you will spend on these are basic routine maintenance such as oil/filters, possibly suspension and brake rebuilds once every 20k miles but that's no different to any other bike. Overall I'm impressed with how well the bike has aged, suzuki did a great job with the hayabusa.
