एक सलाद का बाउल कितना महंगा बनेगा ...एक साधारण परिवार के लिए इन सब महंगी सब्जियों को अपने आहार में शामिल करना तो मुमकिन ही नहीं है। और अगर नाम सात्विक मूवमेंट है तो इसमें आपको विदेशी सब्जियों को छोड़कर अपने देश में उगाई गई सब्जियों का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए।

I made sweet potato salad today, and it was yummy. Thanks for sharing the recipe. And I replaced lettuce with palak ke patte and bell peppers with green capsicum. Still it turned out so well. So you can always replace the ingredients with less costly ones. Just be creative.

I replaced the lettuce with mix green leafs ( kale, spinach, and some other green leaves ) and dint add broccoli , however added sprouts and it tuned out super yummy!

I tried the cheesy salad and it was just yum but its chutney/cheese was a bit sweet so I added some more chilli and rock salt according to my taste I recommend you this salad and this lifestyle because its just amazing it's like we are going near god and leaving our evil side forever Can't wait to try the other salads

@@bisexual6349 As far as I’ve learned , Eating Salad before your lunch and dinner helps in weight loss + consume less wheat. Idea is to have more fibre in your diet. Eat salad until you feel full, then have your lunch or dinner. And vegetables in salad can be anything on day to day basis. My father have lost 10 kgs of weight with this method.

tried the 3rd spinach salad recepie and oh it was awesome i added other vegetables of my choice and there's one tip for u guys while making that chutney i'll suggest you to add less dates cuz i added 3 dates and it still tasted a bit more sweet and i didn't add spinach rather i used iceberg lettuce

@@ajmera8783 Please follow my advice 1.Dal(pulses) protein rich 2. Add some other grains in wheat before making its flour. Whole grain or whatever you call. 3. Use seasonal fruit, like sitafal,in this season carrot and so on, 4 eat root vegetables, they are most chemical free 5.drink A2 cow milk,and use vedic paint and vedic plaster(cow dung paint and plaster)in home,so cow owners could become economical to reduce milk price without burden

Start by doing 14 hrs fasting instead of 16hrs and have coconut water or ash gourd juice as your morning detox and after 2 - 2.5 hrs you can have any seasonal fruit. And for lunch and dinner you can have whatever is cooked at your home. Also, you can do some yoga or any other exercise in the morning.
