यो डाक्टरलाइ पनि मलाइ जस्तोइ भको रहेछ मलाइ पनि सुरुमा फास्ट फुट सुगर खाने एदिक्सन थियो पछि मलाइ तौल बढी भयो अनि तनाब भयो अनि कम खाना खान थाले बेलुका खान छोडे पछि कन्काल जस्तो हुन थाले काममा ध्यान पनि जान छोद्यो र पछि थाहा भयो कियो गलत तेस्पछि घर्को मात्र खान खानु थाले र दैनिक कसरत गर्न थाले र अहिले एकदम फित छु र बिगत 2बर्षदेखि रुघा पनि लागेको छैन। यो डाक्टरले भनेको कुरा सहि हो मैले पनि लागु गरेको छु

Doctor (he prefers to use Saheb at the end of the word) is knowledgeable about weight loss management. We can follow his suggestion about the diagnosis. He is excellent to articulate to convey “life style” changes. He is 100% correct. I like this part. I do not agree 100% when he says that 1. Eat meat 2. No sweets 3. No fruits. 4 No Dals and Beans. 5. No rice. He is wrong. Research in internet what are results of that diet. You will find the details about it. This diet is called Atkins diet. The report concludes that Dr. Atkins, 72, had a history of heart attack and congestive heart failure and notes that he weighed 258 pounds at death. You research in internet. You will find the details. He is not actually serving the public when he stresses to eat meat products. This is dangerous when a well spoken person makes that statement. Not good at all when it is coupled with multiple media exposure. Please research before we move in a large scale. Meat and vegetable diet without complex carbohydrate is a CRASH DIET. IF YOU STICK TO IT, YOU MAY LOOSE WEIGHT BUT THE COST COULD BE VERG HIGH. Best vegetarian diet is “Satva Food Habits”. Pure vegetarian. Next best diet Mediterranean Diet - With fish. Red meat Diet is on regular basis is not recommended at all. This physician is stressing on meat products. Be careful. I still like when he says changed life style will make you healthy and weight loss follows. This is correct. Life style changes are simple to make and stick to it. The results are extraordinary. Eat the way you are eating right now, slowly change your eating habits. 1. Try to eat at home when you can. 2. Follow vegetarian diet if you can 3. Avoid smoking and alcohol 4. Use cold pressed oil. Oil from Khokana is great. 5. All food must be eaten in moderation. Do not stuff yourself. Your stomach is full even though it feels empty and your taste wants more. Too much food increases more stool. We have a saying in Nepal - if you eat in moderation you will have strength; if you eat too much, you make more stool. Control the portion even when the food is free. 6. Eat 1 seasonal fruit. If the fruit is sweet like mango go for only half portion. Use your intelligence. 7. Eat Brown rice or naturally black coated rice, dals and beans. If you have to eat meat go for 4 oz twice a week. Portion control is the essence. 8. Go to temple or mosque or other religious location that is at least 3km from the place you reside. Walk fast for 39 minutes every day. 9. Do not sleep more than 8.5 hours. 10. Avoid negative thought. 11. Grow your vegetables as much as you can. 12. Eat only 3/4th of the your plate. 13. Eat any thing that is prepared at home. Sweets on rare occasion can be enjoyed brought at home. Three teas spoonful. 14. You should never crave for any food. Eat everything in absolute moderation just to eliminate your craving. 15. The last and best formula to loose weight organically is to “Eat one spoonful less in every meal and double your steps every day till you can. This way no one dies the way Physician Atkins died when he taught the world to eat meat and vegetables. Nepalese Diet is great. Just do not over stuff. Ati sarbatra varjayet = too much is always hated. It applies on food also. May you have good eating habits and good health. Love you all. Regards.
