I've tried all of the "clinical" versions of antiperspirants over the years, and none really worked great. After heading over to the linked article, I bought up some Certain Dri and followed the instructions. I definitely sweat much less now, and not at all when I'm in air conditioning. And it's supposed to improve over a week or two. It's a little messier, but I'm glad to have the sweat under control. I can always replace my undershirts.

Thanks for the reply! Yes, I sweat more in the underarm area after applying antiperspirant. A lot more, in fact. I'll check out your link.

Try Etiaxil you can buy it in any drugstore without prescription as a roll-on or spray for normal and sensitive skin for arm pits, hands and feet and it is very effective. I have been using it for years. Take care. P.S. Great videos Antonio Cheers

Hi Antonio, is it normal that anti-perspirants make me sweat more?

Great advice - thank you!

Talk to your doctor! I have Hyperhydrosis in my arm pits. My doctor prescribed me some deodorant that you only have to apply once or twice a week and it will stop the constant sweating! It's a life saver!!

hey linkinms, yes i've personally tried the thompson tee and it's an incredibly well made product. since i don't sweat very much, i asked some of my readers to provide their feedback and review about the thompson tee and so far everyone that has tried it, loves it and says that it's the best performing sweat-blocking undershirt they've worn. that said, the protection is isolated to the underarm area only. check out my site for more details.

Thanks for your reply. I'm a big fan of your blog :). I contacted them today asking if they ship internationally. No reply from them yet.

great recommendation maegnus. social anxiety definitely plays a part and there are other things that doctors can recommend to help mitigate excessive sweating. if a doctor visit doesn't help though, at least we have some other options for folks to consider.

gotcha - that's a new one for me, but i will be posting antonio's video on my site today, so in that article, i will ask your question for you and get some answers for you! i have no doubt we can get some ideas for you.

There are many components to treating sweating at home. One place I found which succeeds in merging these is the Mikes Sweat Blog (google it if you're interested) it's the no.1 resource i've seen. Check out the super information .

Size and weight is not a separate issue! There is a reason why he put that in there, and it pertains to his excessive sweating. I'm 6 4 and 235 pounds, and have the same issue as he does. I'm looking for the same answers this video's sorely disappointed!

If you can get to a dermatologist and ask about Glycopyrrolate, it would do you wonders. I have hyperhydrosis and this has saved my life.

+ChrispyChris3 . I don't know of one in my area but that has been something on my mind for a bit.. I just try not to self diagnose myself off of info I get from the internet, but I think your advice kinda closed the deal for me. might as well have a consulting interview with one and see if this could be the solution. Thanks for the advice!

For sure, well I'll tell you I tried everything. Deodorants, natural remedies, and nothing worked like this. I not only sweat bad in my pits, but my back, feet, literally everywhere haha. No problem man, hope it works out for you.

As others have pointed out, Cynthia Yulesin was the one who gave me the motivation to stick to a program that has proven to stop excess sweating. Google her to see what I mean!

Wow, watching how the puddles of sweat just dried up within 48 hours was so satisfying, I used what I read about the other day, and although it actually took about 72 hours for the sweating to totally normalize, I just go’ogled Cynthia Yulesin and now I don’t have to change clothes 2 times a day anymore.

Hey, I know it sounds like madness, but if you're serious about it, Cynthia Yulesin's website talks about a method that can help you get rid of hyperhidrosis within 24-48 hours. The most interesting thing is that it works (when taking action) even if you don't think it will.
