The dread that creeps into every pro triathlete's voice every time you mention Norwegians 😂

I've read up on how athletes and coaches use lactate readings to improve performance. It is so effective for cyclist teams that it is not allowed during race in like the tour de france. Amazing technology and use.

Sweat Elite thanks for the content! How do you manage to film them from the front while riding your bike?

I'm curious how the power meter values align with the lactate values in Marten's runs.

Triathlon is gruelling. Or am I the only one that says this because I have never tried?
@eagle63-942 жыл бұрын
@lasolution39282 жыл бұрын
Le principal c'est qu'il soit performant et heureux dans sa pratique 😀
@matthiross2 жыл бұрын
Oscillation verticale = springiness en Anglais. Il utilise l'elasticité de ses os pour emmagasiner de l'énergie. On le voit de façon exagérée à son échauffement, à une allure trop lente pour lui. Signe de coureur efficace.

Marten has a bit of abductory twist on his left feet. He's a pretty solid runner but watching that feet twisting is a little painful.

How is he number 1? Seems like the ranking system is flawed when is clearly not number 1 at any distance.

number 1 on points in WTS. pretty simple really
@Gws5252 жыл бұрын
@@jamesd5241 yes, exactly. A points system that leaves someone who is clearly not no.1, as no.1. Hence my initial point.
@jamesd52412 жыл бұрын
@@Gws525 well to be fair the system is designed to give rankings to the most consistent point scorer who does all the WTS races. That doesnt mean they become the world champion. as blummenfelt still won that. but due to Blu not racing as much WTS he now has lost that top spot

3.2K isn't 2 miles. When I grew up we ran yards and meters.
@connorfletcher52012 жыл бұрын
@@jesperjinkhaar7891 yeah i know but surely it is more than a coincidence that they did 3.2 and 1.6 which also happens to be roughly 2 and 1 miles
@connorfletcher52012 жыл бұрын
@@thegreatalyssa everyone knows that but i dont think 18 metres makes the difference in a training session doing it 3 times
@thegreatalyssa2 жыл бұрын
@@connorfletcher5201 But it's not the same distance. And not everyone knows that because too many children are taught wrong and believe 1600m is a mile.
