Andy Butchart - Indoor Track Session

Andy Butchart - two time Olympic 5000m finalist - is preparing for the 2022 seasons with a new roommate - his newborn Max.
We joined Andy at his local indoor stadium, the Emirates Arena in Glasgow for some intervals. Local 3:42 1500m runner Ben Potrykus joins Andy for most of the workout.
The workout: 8x800m (jog 200m), 4x300m (jog 200m).

Great video. Re NB RC Elite 2's: Nice comfortable shoes (not as comfortable as my 1080v10's) but my pair Elites were 30 grams different between shoes and the lightest shoe made my foot pronate, so clearly something not right with that shoe. I bought them from the NB shop in London. Also, best to avoid running in the wet in them as they have very little grip.
