If you double fry it gets even more crispy and the batter doesn't go soggy, so say you're doing 3 batches do 1 then put aside then 2 then 3 then go back to 1 and fry again and repeat with 2 and 3. Hope that tip helps ❤

Just made this and changed the sauce a bit cause i didn’t have the chilli sauce on hand but used spicy ketchup and hot sauce :) It was actually so good! I dipped the chicken instead of coating it in sauce cause i thought it’d get soggy as well!
